Required Documents

  1. Fill and submit Admission, Transport, First Aid Information and Class Record forms.
  2. 3 Copies of the child's passport including valid residence visa.
  3. 5 passport-size photographs of the child.
  4. Photocopy of original mark list of the last examination passed.
  5. 3 attested copies of the child's birth certificate.
  6. Original Transfer Certificate, duly attested.
  7. Photocopy of passport, RP and Qatar ID of both parents.
