- A 2% discount is offered on yearly tuition fees, if payment is made in full in advance before the beginning of the academic year.
- A sibling discount of 25% on tuition fees only is available for the third child and subsequent children.
- Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- A late fee of Qrs. 50/- will be charged per week incase the payment is not made on due date.
- Payment by debit/credit cards are accepted subject to an additional charge of 1% on debit cards and 2% on credit cards.
- Parents are expected to ensure prompt payment of each installment of fees. Failure to pay promptly will invalidate all discounts. If tuition/transport fees are not paid, the school has the right to exclude the child from school/ not permit him/her to avail of school transport.
- One month's notice, prior to the commencement of the new term, is required for withdrawal of the child from the school / discontinuation of school transport. Irrespective of the month in which the child is withdrawn / stops using school transport, tuition / transport fees for the full term needs to be paid.
- Refer to 'Fees Declaration Form' for other details regarding fees and Annex 3 of the 'Admission, Attendance & Registration' policy.
- School fees are subject to annual review and may be increased subject to approval from the Ministry of Education and higher education.
- Parents are to sign a Fee Declaration Form at the beginning of each school year.
- The Caution Deposit is refundable within 30 working days from the date of submission of the original receipt.
- 1st term fee includes:
- Cost of 2 sets of navy blue uniforms
- Cost of 1 set of while uniforms for grade 1-12
- Cost of text books and exercise book as per the book list
- Cost of stationary (initiall supply) for KG
